Do you have a physical store?

How do you price your cards?
We base our prices on TCG Player market values and condition of the card to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
When do you release new product?
We drop new products every Friday, featuring fresh inventory, sealed products, and hot singles. We also have mini drops every Tuesday, focused on common and uncommon cards, bundles, and set-completion essentials. Stay tuned to our website and social media so you don’t miss out!
Do you buy Pokémon cards?
Yes! We buy singles and offer 60-70% of TCG Player market value in store credit. You can submit your cards through the contact page on our website.
What condition do my cards need to be in to sell them?
We accept Graded to Heavily Played (HP) cards. No Damaged. If you're unsure, feel free to send us pictures!

How long does shipping take?
We offer multiple USPS shipping options:
- First Class Mail (3-8 business days, no tracking or insurance)
- Ground Advantage (2-5 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
- Media Mail (2-8 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
- Priority Mail (1-3 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for updates. ✉️
Do you ship international?
No, we currently only ship within the U.S., maybe someday! 😉
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Gold Nugget is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments but will do our best to help resolve any issues.
What precautions do you take to ensure my package doesn't get lost or damaged?
We take every precaution to protect your order during shipping. 👍🏼
A single card valued under $3 is placed in a soft sleeve, reinforced with shipping protectors, and shipped in a evelope. If more than one card is ordered they are all placed in their own soft sleeves, then a team set bag, reinforced by a shipping protector, then placed in a bubble mailer.
For single cards valued at $3 or more, we place them in a soft sleeve, secure them in a top loader, and reinforce them with shipping protectors before packaging them in a bubble mailer.
For larger orders, including sealed boxes, we use sturdy shipping boxes with packing paper to prevent movement and ensure the products arrive safely.
While we do everything possible to protect your order, we recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for high-value purchases, as we cannot control what happens once a package is in transit.
Can I return damaged or lost items?📍
Yes, we accepts returns only for damaged orders that include a name, order number, valid tracking number, and a reason for the return. To request a return, submit a request through our contact page with the reason for the return and photos if necessary. Once we review your request, we will contact you to confirm if the return is approved and provide further instructions. We are not responsible for any shipping charges on returns. We are not responsible for lost items during shipping. First Class Mail orders are not eligible for returns.
